I.M. Weasel: I.R. on Sun: When Baboon accepts a trip to be the first baboon on the sun, he goes despite numerous warnings from Weasel, who knows how dangerous the trip will be.

The Molting Fairy: Chicken wakes up one morning to find that he is molting. He soon uses this to his advantage when he learns that he can get paid for all the feathers he loses.
I.M. Weasel: I.R. Gentlemans: When the Queen of Yurp orders for Weasel to find the next heir to the throne, he quickly finds that it is Baboon. Now Weasel must train the next heir in the art of being a gentleman if he ever wishes to present him to the queen.

|Part 1: Cow writes a play entitled "The Ugliest Weenie", to which Chicken finds it stupid, but the drama teacher, Mr. Fleur, finds it compelling and turns it into a play. However, Chicken's role in the play leads to love with a French student, and a feud with best friend, Flem.
Part 2: "The Ugliest Weenie" is acted out in full, this time with the leading roles filled in by Cow and Chicken, respectfully. By the end of the act, the stage catches on fire from a freak accident.
I.M. Weasel: I.R. Big Star: When Weasel wins the starring role of a new film that Baboon was after, Baboon steals Weasel's skin, making Weasel unable to show up on set. This leaves Baboon, who is now disguised as Weasel, to take his place...

I.M. Weasel: The Power of Odor: When Baboon moves his pig farm into the city's vacant lot, the odor runs the citizens out of town, and they hire Weasel to investigate what is causing the horrible stench.

Time Machine: Cow and Chicken find a time machine, and decide to travel in time. However, things go wrong when The Red Character shows up in an attempt to change the course of history for the worse.

Weasel: Ping-Pong at Sea: When the Women's Naval Auxillary holds a ping-pong tournament for a fund-raiser, their best player is in a freak accident, so Weasel, a ping-pong master who has retired, is called to play. Infuriated, Baboon sneaks in just to have a grand face-off with Weasel... and he sadly succeeds.

|Orthodontic Police: Cow and Chicken are given inhumane braces by an Orthodontic Police Officer (The Red Character). However, they soon learn that they're not the only ones. This episode replaced an episode called "Buffalo Gals" which was banned because it was offensive.
The Cow with Four Eyes: Cow has become the most popular student in school thanks to her new glasses. Jealous of this, Chicken decides to get some as well, leading up to an attempt to destroy a new school dungeon (which was actually a new swimming pool).
I.M. Weasel: Disease Fiesta: When Weasel investigates Athlete's Face, an outlandish disease that causes a foot to grow out of a person's face, Baboon becomes bored, and performs an experiment that creates another disease.

Ballerina Cow: Cow has started taking up ballet, but due to her weight, she brings the house down (literally)! Fortunately, she finds someone to help her find fame, in the form of homewrecker Mr. Slacksoff (The Red Character).
I.M. Weasel: I.R. Plant Life: Baboon takes the last specimen of a rare thistle, and nearly kills it. When plant doctor Weasel is called in to investigate, he learns that Baboon has created a type of baboon/plant hybrid, that Baboon has now decided to marry.

|Chicken's First Kiss: After the girls beat the boys in a game of "Girls Chase Boys", Chicken is tormented by the claim that he is in love with a girl named Winey. This leads to Chicken having an anxiety attack over suffering from her "cooties".
Squirt the Daisies: While getting money to play on the arcade machines, Chicken is brought in by The Red Character to play on a Virtual Reality machine. Games include "Kick the Can," "Duck, Duck, Goose" and Cow's favourite game, "Squirt the Daisies." However, just because these look like pre-school games, doesn't mean that they don't have an extreme twist.(Note: Before he went into the Virtual Reality machine, Chicken was playing an arcade game called Immoral Kombat, which has a resemblance to Mortal Kombat).
I.M. Weasel: I Am Ambassador: Two dudes take a group of beavers as hostages and Weasel must save them.

The Legend of Sailcat: Chicken, Flem and Earl are camping with Flem's father. After Cow shows up, Flem's Dad sings a story about a legend named Sailcat.
I.M. Weasel: Happy Baboon Holidays: It's Christmas, and I.R.'s family pays a visit, but when they go to Weasel's house instead, I.R. vows to ruin Christmas.

I.M. Weasel: I, Architect: An accident causes Weasel and I.R. to drop their brains and they become unconscious for a time. The man who finds them gives Weasel I.R.'s brain and I.R. Weasel's brain while they are unconscious.

I.M. Weasel: I Am Crybaby: Weasel must relocate the people who suffer from the cronic crybaby syndrome, not knowing that they are the main source of water on the planet.

Comet! Chicken plays a comet prank during a field trip to an observatory. However, he soon realizes that the entire city thinks it's a real comet.
I.M. Weasel: I.R.'s Phantom Foot: I.R. hurts himself while walking up to Weasel's house! Weasel discovers that I.R. has broken his phantom foot! When I.R. goes to see Dr Clearbottom on phantom limbs, this doc's services are at a very high price! Weasel later reveals that it was Clearbottom who dug the hole which injured I.R.'s phantom foot so he can take all his money!

Which Came First? Chicken wakes up one morning and finds an egg underneath him (placed there by The Red ). This leads to him dressing up as a girl, as well as going out on a date with Flem and Earl.

I.M. Weasel: I Am My Lifetime: A retired Weasel in the Retirement Home for Cartoon Stars and Baboon in the Retirement Home for Sidekicks (which happens to be I.R.'s trailer) explain their lives to the other cartoon characters.

Stay Awake: Chicken ends up being hyperactive and having insomnia after consuming some caffeinated cereal. Can Cow find a cure that can get him to sleep?
I.M. Weasel: I.R. Wild Baboon: Weasel investigates the strange habits of I.R., who keeps changing his habitat due to unknown reasons.

And so, in order to prove it, he attempts to lure the entire world's population (excluding Cow) into a free trailer.
Horn Envy: Cow is in love with a male student at school. However, she tries opening his heart to her by making bigger and better horns than the tiny ones she has got.
I.M. Weasel: Time Weasel: Weasel creates a time machine that I.R. uses to go back in time, but Weasel discovers that I.R. is destined to solve all kinds of problems at certain periods.

Chicken in the Bathroom: Chicken hates taking a bath, so he decides to waste his time. However, Cow, Mom and Dad are all desperate to go to the toilet, and attempt to persuade Chicken to take his bath.
I.M. Weasel: Unsinkable I.R.: I.R. is captain of his own ship, until it bumps an iceberg and it starts sinking.

P.E. Chicken, Flem and Earl are attending their first day of Junior High School, where in P.E, they play dodgeball. However, whilst they're in the showers, their clothes are stolen. Can the boys evade public embarrassment while being nude?
I.M. Weasel: I Am Vampire: Weasel and Baboon are a pair of friendly vampires who drink only canned blood and are just looking for a fun night on the town in Pantsylvania. But someone should try telling that to the vampire hunter Dr. von Smellstein, who's out to get our heroes!

|Playin' Hooky: Realizing that he has failed to study for a math test, Chicken pretends he is sick, and tries anything to prove it to Mom and Dad. When he is found out, he is sent back to school, only to realise that the math teacher has fallen ill and the test was subsequently replaced by a Chocolate test, which the class thoroughly enjoyed.
Chicken Lips: Unlike Cow, Chicken can't whistle, and he tries to get lessons from Professor Hineybottom (The Red Character).

I.M. Weasel: Drivers Sped: I.R. takes a driving test and Weasel is his teacher! I.R. drives through the city "Miami Vice"-style and wrecks it in the process, therefore failing the test! But Weasel later finds out that I.R. was coming to get a poetic license since he made a lot of rhymes during the driving test!

Intelligent Life? Using a home-made rocket, Cow travels to a distant planet, where she meets up with the Red Character, who claims to be an alien. And so, she takes him back to Earth, where he claims that the solution to the World's problems lie in puppets.

Black Sheep of the Family: Cow and Chicken's cousin, Black Sheep (who lives up to both sides of his name) has come over for a visit. However, this is a problem for Mom and Dad, who both run away for the duration of his visit.
I.M. Weasel: Enemy Camp: Weasel and I.R. remember the days in which they were good friends, until they were sent to an Enemy Camp.

I.M. Weasel: I.R. Ghost: Weasel and Baboon are ghosts, assigned to haunt the house of a washed-up movie starlet (played by the Red Character). But Baboon keeps goofing up, and even Weasel is finding the starlet a hard scare.
